Play Nerdle online for free and use arithmetic clues to uncover a hidden equation in six tries. Enter a valid calculation, study the colored tiles, and refine your next attempt until every number and operator is in the correct position.
This browser version lets you choose an equation length from 5 to 12 symbols and select which arithmetic operators can appear. No download or account is required.

Nerdle is a number-based puzzle inspired by the familiar Wordle format. Instead of finding a five-letter word, you must identify a mathematically correct equation. Each accepted guess produces position-based clues for the digits, operators, and equals sign.
The original Nerdle was created by Richard Mann and his daughter Imogen, built by Marcus Tettmar, and launched in January 2022. The game embedded on this page is an independent browser implementation, so its settings and puzzle options may differ from Classic Nerdle.
